Why does Nail polish makes your nail yellow after wipping it off?

why?...Why does Nail polish makes your nail yellow after wipping it off?
Nails go yellow from wearing nail polish too long without giving your nails a break - the yellow tinge will eventually disappear, but if you want a quick fix, try either soaking your nails in lemon juice if the discolouration is mild and scrubbing with a nail brush. If that doesn't work, try soaking your nails in denture tablets dissolved in water to get rid of the yellow stains. This really works well. However, it is a sign that your nails simply need a break from the polish - the darker the colour, the darker the yellowing becomes. You could also try wearing a good base coat to help prevent this in the future, as well as a good nail conditioner every now and then. Why does Nail polish makes your nail yellow after wipping it off?
the reason your nails look yellow is because chances are you're not using a base coat before applying polish...normally dark color polishes are the ones that really do this....so start using a base coat.....
