Everyday apply a clear nail polish over your original black nail polish. This will also prevent your nail polish from chipping too!

put on a clear top coat and a clear bottom coat. Or buy a shiny black polish ^^
This is a sort of hard question but i'm guessing that if you put a base coat and 2-3 top coats on, that it will stay. Or you could try those stick on polish sheets and I don't think that it will become dull. I think that Avon makes them. Oh and by the way, like the other person said, put lotion on them to keep the polish slick.
Most brands of nail polishes offer the clear coating which makes ur nails thicker, well this normally adds shine...ALso i have seen many now that have glitter...the glitter itself will give it some sparkle...unless u just want the shiny black then go with the clear coating...

You should paint two coats of black and wait till it drys. then u put ttwo clear coats of nail polish and theyre stay. dont forget to put cream on them every day. it really helps =)
