Oh! I wanted to do that. They have Nichole Nail Polish pens. 2 kinds. One Pointy and other one is a brush. They have it at any Drug Stores. Even Ralph's (the grocery store) has it. Target has only the brush kind though.How could I make my nail polish look like tie dye or paint splatter?!!?
get the nail polish brush and flicker the paint ur nails for the paint splatter look.
the store JUSTICE has a nail polish with 4 colors in 1 bottle.
