Chemical burn from nail polish remover?

I babysit during the day, and the little boy who is 1.9 yrs old came to me with marks on his face. His foster mom called me and said that he got into nail polish and her husband removed it with nail polish remover so i told her he prob. has a chemical burn for it. Its not blistered or anything or looks like it hurts him. Is their anything I can do for it or does he need to visit his dr.?Chemical burn from nail polish remover?
You can use a cold compress (if he'll stay still)


and neosporin.


It should be fine. Keep an eye on it though.
