Sniffing is also habit forming. One day, just for fun, you sniff some nail polish or another substance just to try it. A “friend said it will make you “high.” Unfortunately, the next day you are hooked. Or worse - dead from suffocation when the inhaled fumes take the place of oxygen in your blood.
Sniffing will take away everything that makes your life interesting. Instead of riding your bike, competing in sports or dancing at parties, you will wear diapers, lose your teeth, and eat mushy food someone else feeds you. You’ll need a wheelchair to get around. And all that from simply sniffing nail polish? My friend likes to sniff nail polish all the time. Is that bad?
I could of used a little more cowbell.

Yes, it's very bad. Nail polish contains chemicals that can damage his brain. It would be a really good idea if he would stop.
